Four Things

January 24, 2006

Andrea tagged me with this meme so I figured I’d better play along and then pass it on. I’m looking over the questions and my answers and they seem pretty boring to me. Nonetheless, here are my four things:

  • Canola Breeding Technician
  • Variety Registration Assistant for Agriculture Canada
  • City of Ottawa Parks and Recreation type

Four movies I can watch over and over

  • any and/or all of the 6 Star Wars movies
  • Highlander
  • Hoosiers
  • So, I Married an Axe Murderer

Four places I have lived

Oh, this one is boring.

  • Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
  • Kingston, Ontario, Canada
  • Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
  • Guelph, Ontario, Canada

See what I mean?

  • Swindon, UK

Four of my favourite dishes

  • paella
  • fettucine chicken alfredo
  • butter chicken
  • singapore noodles

Four websites I visit daily

Here’s another boring one:

  • gmail
  • google
  • flickr
  • basecamp

Four places I would rather be right now

  • Austin, Texas

It’s interesting to see Austin along with such exotic (for me) places like Italy, Australia and the Cotswolds (?). Makes me happy I’m here :)

btw, airbag wishes he were here too.

Canola breeder, huh? As in Canola of Celtic Mythology? My goodness…does that make you a god or a demi-god?

I thought I sensed something truly mythological about you!

The romantic town of Swindon ay? Damn you were soooo close to the Cotswolds it makes me cry to think about it! ;-)

The Cotswolds? Let it be known the man has class.

What the heck is “butter chicken”?

Gee, it’s too bad we didn’t put all this info in your upcoming interview. Especially the part about all those places you’ve lived. And the canola. And the butter chicken.

As for "Four places I have been on vacation" I don't think I could actually answer that unless being a Univ. Student counted as a long vacation.

You have really good taste in food! The first three would definitely be in my top-ten list. I’ve unfortunately never had the pleasure of having singapore noodles though.

Carolyn: have a look at the ever-informative Wikipedia. Butter chicken is very good.

“Connections with James Burke” rocks — I totally forgot about how much I loved that show. Great pick. :)
